Naples GESEA Training Center is located at “Federico II” University of Naples and it is affiliated with the Department of Public Health of this institution.

It was the first accredited center in Italy and it is currently one of the 3 national centers authorized to issue all levels of GESEA certifications.

Naples GESEA Traning center is provided with updated facilities and consists of 5 endoscopic stations dedicated to the training and to GESEA certifications, available for residents or external participants.

The center is directed by Prof. Attilio Di Spiezio Sardo; all the activites are carried out by a group of local tutors experts in the field of gynecological endoscopy and coordinated by the Head Mentor Dr. Francesco Paolo Improda.

The center undergoes to strict periodic quality checks, in order to ensure a high-quality teaching and certification sessions, according to GESEA standards.

GESEA 1st level certification sessions are held monthly and the 2nd level ones every three months. All the necessary strategies to ensure adequate social distancing are adopted, according to COVID local prescription.
