ESHRE 40th Annual Meeting

ESHRE annual meeting 2024 in Amsterdam -Welcome !

In 2024, ESHRE will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its Annual Meeting. The Society’s first Annual Meeting was held in Bonn, in 1985. On that occasion the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology was officially founded. Four decades of impressive work on human reproduction call for a stand still on what has been achieved during these past 40 years and what is yet to come during upcoming years!

Where better to enjoy the ESHRE Annual Meeting, unique in its kind, than in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands. It is our great pleasure to host this festive edition and on behalf of the local organising committee, we invite you all to join us in Amsterdam from 7 to 10 July 2024.

The field of human reproduction is relevant as never before, and the ESHRE Annual Meeting is a scientific event that inspires scientists and healthcare professionals alike. To go the extra mile and through responsible innovation, provide patients with the best possible care.

In follow-up of the successful 2023 meeting in Copenhagen, we are now more than ready for a reunion in Amsterdam, which was previously the venue of the ESHRE Annual Meeting in 2009. Today, the modernised RAI congress center is fully equipped for hosting this scientific meeting in a comfortable way. The congress center is situated close to Schiphol airport and Amsterdam’s not-to-be-missed city center is nearby.

The Netherlands may be a small country, but our national scientific consortium has made us aware that by collaborating we can achieve so much more. We genuinely believe that inclusive and open-minded collaboration, be it national or international, is key and the best way forward!

So spread the word and let’s meet in Amsterdam for four days packed with excellent science, opportunities to learn from and teach each other, to start and renew collaborations and to experience all the ESHRE family and the city have to offer. Welcome to Amsterdam!
